Telling Cabbie Stories

When I lived in NYC, I would frequently take yellow cabs to get around. Like many others in the city, I found the cab drivers’ stories entertaining and interesting. I decided to create a little book to tell their stories. To start this project, I went to different cab depots and chatted with several cab drivers. I recorded all of my conversations and designed and assembled the book pictured below.
